Bitcore uses a method called “Byzantine Fault Tolerance” (BFT) to allow miners to construct the best solution based on the optimal computing scheme according to their needs. For example, hard forks like Bitcoin can eliminate competitors and provide better security without affecting the integrity of the main chain.
