It is reported that Stellar Development Foundation, the “Star Coin” development foundation, announced the launch of the blockchain training camp “SCF Startup Camp”. The training camp will be held quarterly as part of Stellar Community Fund. The first session will be launched on April 17-21, aiming to promote developers to build on Stellar and Soroban (Stellar native smart contract platform).
