Major scientific and technological projects and demonstration projects will be implemented focusing on new-generation information infrastructure such as 5G networks.
In addition, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “Notice on Organizing and Carrying out the Comprehensive Pilot of National Economic Development and Social Governance in 2019,” requiring all regions and departments to conscientiously implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council in combination with their actual conditions. Encourage and support colleges and research institutes to strengthen cooperation with industry associations, establish and improve the standard system, and formulate corresponding norms; and increase training efforts for blockchain-related enterprises.
